Please Note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekend or public holidays and these do not count as working days. Delivery times are shown from time of dispatch (transit time only). Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if a manufacturing fault is found.
Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
